Peek-a-Boo!

For the first time, Angeline got lost in Ikea (Alexander). If you are laughing hard at Angeline now, Angeline guesses that it's time to stop. Please allow Angeline to explain before you continue to laugh again (la). Ikea is having a (major) renovation and (practically) everything was moved away from its original position.

As a result,
  1. Angeline lost her navigation powers in the 'new' Ikea that is surrounded with renovations signboards.

  2. Angeline couldn't get what she has intended to purchase.

  3. Ck was equally as clueless as Angeline and offered no help in return.

  4. Angeline and Ck left Ikea in less than an hour.

  5. Angeline broke her own record in shopping at Ikea.

Having said all that, Angeline and Ck had discovered this new 'Octopus' soft toy in the Children's section and Ck (who is indeed getting at cam-whoring) was thrilled when Angeline has suggested to take a candid photograph with it. Angeline guesses that her shopping to Ikea was made memorable (in a certain way). Oh well!

A Little Bit More

Angeline and Ck are reaching their 3rd anniversary in a few months time. Honestly, Angeline and Ck never did make the conscious effort to celebrate any of their monthly 'anniversary'. The usual practice goes in the manner that either Angeline or Ck (usually it is the former) would remember it on the 22nd and lament that both of them had (once again) conveniently forgot about their monthly 'anniversary'. Oh well!

It just happened that Angeline and Ck's monthly 'anniversary' in June falls on a Saturday and they (sort of) celebrated it over dinner. Anyway, Angeline's point is that Ck and her still need to eat dinner with or without the anniversary on Saturdays, thus they might as well celebrated it (conveniently).

Dinner was agreed at Mario Kitchen located next to Bugis Junction. Angeline discovered this Korean eatry when she has her annual STC gathering with her friends and decided to introduce it to Ck.

Thankfully, the chosen Kimchi Soup and BBQ Chicken were both excellent and Ck was extremely pleased with the eatry's services. At Mario Kitchen, the appetizers are free-flow and Angeline thinks that the food are reasonably priced. For good Korean food, polite and friendly service crew and value-for-money food, Angeline will always recommend Mario Kitchen to you.

P/S: If you are wondering why the entry is getting shorter, Angeline will like to be honest and admit that she is getting more lazy.

P/P/S: If you are thinking why anniversary is being highlighted in this entry, Angeline will like to explain that anniversary refers a annual event and there should be no such words as monthly 'anniversary'. But since Angeline is too lazy to find out what is the correct word to use in this context, 'anniversary' will do just fine. Oh well!
