This weekend get away was planned to celebrate CK's birthday this year.. I rem we went to Albert Court last year for his birthday.. and Scarlet was for my birthday.. and since we enjoyed ourselves so much at Scarlet last year.. we decided to return to savour more moment of it..

Scarlet is a boutique hotel located 33 Erskine Road, Singapore 069333.. I was totally captivated by its appearance when I first entered.. the Lobby was tastefully decorated in dark red and black with the lighting was slightly dimmed.. it absolutely created the exotic atmosphere perfect for a rendezvous.. the furniture on display complimented the mood flawlessly.. WOW! One reason that earned our patronization over and over again..

Needless to say.. the room is as breath taking as the Lobby.. I have to admit that the room is smaller as compared to the rest of the hotel that we have patronized.. but I guess it is not the size that matters.. the decoration of the room has made it up completely.. I love the way every single details was taken into consideration.. lying on the bed.. you can get a good feel of what it's like living in a PENTHOUSE.. no kid!

Breakfast is usually complimentary.. it is served in the Bar located at Level 2 of Scarlet.. quite a feast actually.. my favourite is definitely the smoked salmon.. the menu also included a good mix of cereals.. toasts.. eggs.. and blah blah blah.. (I forgot about the rest).. I only zoom in to the SALMON!

I got a Tiramisu cake from Swiss Bake for CK's birthday.. but I didnt notice that it expired on 16 August 2007! ARGH! wasted!
Right.. I am in a great hurry to get out now.. that's all for the time being! Ciao!
