Overslept today and rushed a cabby to work.. damn it.. spend ard 15 bucks.. missed those times that I can take a cab to work when I was still working in Vanda.. because I dun have to pay the bloddy ERP.. and the distance is nearer to home.. argh.. sickening.. now if I overslept and I need to take a cab.. I will definitely feel the PINCH! OUCH!
That aside.. wanted to showcase my new working environment.. I was actually very impressed with it when I saw it during the Open House.. the school is located at 25 Gilstead Road.. it is a old colonial building owned by the Singapore Government.. basically we are renting the place from them to set up the childcare and kindergarten.. boy.. it is really HUGE! there is a playground in the front with a swimming pool (1.2 m in depth).. there are three buildings in all.. the childcare is Building A.. the kindergarten is Building B.. and the resource and enrichment rooms are located at Building C.. plus the storerooms that are situated at the basement.. ooh lala!

As you can tell from the photos.. the school is still quite bare.. not much teaching resources n furniture.. well.. I guess all these have to be purchased over time.. just pray that the license will be issued ASAP.. oh goodness.. without licence.. mean no income.. mean no money to buy more stuff.. n most importantly.. NO PAY INCREMENT!
