Thumbs Up!

It is indeed nothing new to anyone who read this blog that Angeline loves to eat. Angeline discovered a new 'treasure' when she went with Papa to buy dinner for her family. Naturally, Ck got to savour the newly discovered 'treasure' with Angeline a few days later.

Located at Jurong East St 21, this old 'kopi-thiam' serves excellent claypot rice and a few specialties. However, Angeline needs to warn you to have 'some' patience if you decide to try this eatery. Angeline and Ck waited for almost half an hour before their food was served.

Of course, the claypot rice is a MUST-TRY, because the eatery cooks the rice in the claypot together with the rest of the ingredients. Therefore, the rice indeed 'ichiban'
. Angeline and Ck also ordered a Tofu with Minced Meat (as recommended by the waitress) for sharing. Angeline guesses that she would recommend this dish to Papa the next time.

Honestly, Angeline is recommending this eatery to you because the food is (damn) cheap. Angeline and Ck only paid S$13.00 (S$8.00 for the claypot and S$5.00 for the Tofu with Minced Meat) for the meal. Angeline is indeed getting more cheapskate. Oh well!

As mentioned earlier, Angeline and Ck waited for half an hour for their food to be ready. If you don't have any idea what Angeline would do, Angeline wonders if you really did read her blog or just looking for your (OWN) pictures. If you are still thinking about the answer, Angeline shall just tell you that she likes to cam-whore when she is waiting for her food. WIthout a second doubt, Ck is involved too. To Angeline's surprise, Ck is still better (at cam-whoring).

P/S: Angeline told you so.

You'll be Missed

For those who are on Angeline's MSN, you might notice that Angeline is counting to her last day of work at Gracefields Childcare - Gilstead, which is 20th June 2008 (today).

If you are wondering that this entry is being posted while Angeline is at work, there is no doubts to your question. The children have left for the day and Angeline is just clocking in the hours for her last day of work. Before the clock strikes 5.30pm, Angeline is already missing the children.

Here, Angeline will like to send her best wishes to everyone who has made a difference in her time at Gracefields Childcare - Gilstead.

P/S: Since this is the holiday period, there are not many children in school, thus Angeline can't take many photos with the rest of the children. Oh well!
