Angeline met up with LCI coursemates (Hannah & Sat) for project meeting at Marlinda's house, located at Blk xxx Jurong West Central 1 #xx-xxx. We agreed to meet at 10.00am SHARP, so that we could have ample time to finish our project before heading to Sakura for our Christmas dinner. Angeline was very very very excited about it! In case you are confused, allow me to emphasize that Angeline is ONLY excited about the Sakura BUFFET dinner. Woohoo!

Sat, Hannah & Angeline arrived ONLY 15 mins after 10.00am (which is considered a miracle, as Angeline is seldom so early for being late.) Not wanting to waste any more time, we started the assignment right away! Marlinda was the online resource manager, Sat was the journal researcher, Hannah was the IT supervisor and Angeline was the powerpoint coordinator.

Sat had kindly offered to wash the dishes, while Marlinda kept her laundry. Hannah helped to rinse the grapes for desserts. Angeline leh? OH! Back to WORK again! *yawns*

Right! We were all woken up (totally) by the little shock we discovered. This project required us to include at least 8 journals. Unfortunately, we only had 5 till then. Marlinda and Hannah began to source for more e-journals while Sat continued to read more journals from the booklet. Just in case, you were wondering that Angeline was slacking again. She was kept busy graphing the statistic for the number of divorce cases in Singapore from 1996 to 2006. This was what Angeline called 'Teamwork'! By 1700 hrs, the project was 100% completed and ready for presentation!

NOW! Angeline proudly declared it was time to RAID SAKURA!

Under someone's recommendation (Angeline really forgot who), we had decided to try the branch at Jurong West Sports Complex. Anuar (Marlinda's hubby) drove us there. 4 famished women and 1 starving man! Woohoo! Lucky us or unlucky Sakura?

It is the TIME of the year again. HORRAY! I am referring to my favourite Christmas - shopping, gatherings and all the parties!! Therefore, I shall officially declared that I AM BROKE! Please kindly contribute to Angeline's Festive Fund if you have a heart! Fa-La-La-La-La-La!

Finally, the 3 of us (Ange, Luan & Cin) managed to meet up after countless sms-es to confirm the date, time and venue. *phew*

Marina Square @ six-thirty! I proposed an exotic Thai dinner at Lerk Thai. Tom Yum soup, Kai Lan, Green Curry Chicken & Mixed Seafood with Basil Leaves with steaming HOT rice filled our tummies for the night. A very satisfying meal!

After dinner, Cin didn't proposed, but INSISTED to go the Chocolate Bar at Esplanade for a cup of HOT CHOCOLATE. Bo bian one leh?

I was getting excited about the gift exchange and hinted to the girls that it was time to get to it! Yippie! We tried to draw lots, but to our ultimate disappointment, one of us kept getting back our own name. Bad choice! We decided to change tactics, if not we would be stuck here all NIGHT! In the end, we used the most traditional way of "Lom-Jiang-Pass" (the spelling is definitely WRONG!). I got Cin's present, Cin got Luan's present and Luan got ...'s present. Please don't tell me you can't figure it out. Even if u can't, please don't ask me and pretend that you know.

The star of the night was the HOT CHOCOLATE! The photos are with Cin, I wonder when will I recieve it? She told me either today or tml. Today is OUT? Maybe tml then? *shrugs*

Allow me to explain why the HOT CHOCOLATE was the highlight. Because YOU can to mix the drink YOURSELF! The bar provides you a candle, with a chocolate stand, a spoon cum straw, a plate of chocolate chips and a mini jug of milk. Then you just pour the milk and add the chips according to your own preferences. That is what I did! So proud of myself. Okay! I admitted that Cin HELPED!

I think it was side effects from drinking the SWEET SWEET chocolate. The 3 of us got very hyper-active and started to cam-whore in the bar. Due to the dim lightings, the photos were not very sharp. But WHO cares? We had enjoyed ourselves as we bitched, cam-whored and slurped on more HOT chocolate (because it was really really sinfully yummy!).

Angeline turned 24 on 10 November 2007 and she spent 3/4 of the day sleeping. I guess this is what happened what you get older. Ha!

I met Ck in the evening for Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and a movie at Great World City. There was no birthday cake for me this year because Ck couldn't take eggs (he is now a vegeterian on 1st and 15th of the lunar calender) and my birthday fell on the 1st of the lunar calender. Was I upset or disappointed? OF COURSE NO! I got my favourite Ben & Jerry's ice-cream in exchange. I was definitely more than willing!

I wanted to order a Banana Sundae (3 scoopes) since there were only the 2 of us. Ck suggested ordered the Merlionster (6 scoopes) and ensured me that we would be able to finish it without fail. True to his words, he indeed ate ALOT to finish it! Hee! I forgot the names of the 6 scoopes of ice-cream that we ate. Angeline ONLY have 64MB so she could ONLY remember Strawberry Cheesecake because she liked it the best!

Ck never fails to make my day so special for me. Although HE doesn't read my blog, I will still like to say *thank you* to him. *Muacks*

Talking abt the movie, Ck chose [The Bee Movie] for the night. ABSOLUTELY A WRONG CHOICE! Gosh! I could have fallen asleep anytime in the cinema. The plot is LAME to the core and I couldn't help yawning most of the times. I strongly DISENCOURAGE everyone to watch the movie unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY don't know where to spend the money. When we were walking out of the cinema, I asked Ck, "Dear, you like the movie?" To which he replied, "SO LAME!" And I was thinking, "Your choice leh!" Ha! But I still love him all the same!

I would like to say *thank you* to all my friends for your presents and birthday wishes. Although I would really like to take pictures of all the presents, I am really lazy to do it and there really wasn't a lot to start with. But I am still grateful to all of you. How about a verbal description? *ahem*

Hurray! Angeline is finally on leave on 9th Novemeber 2007. That means she got to enjoy the LONG weekend starting from 8th November 2007 to 11 November 2007. Ha!

On 9th Novmeber, she went out with a mysterious man (MM). I don't know why he wanted to be anonymous here (since CK knows abt it). *scratch head* They met up at Greenwood (Bukit Timah) ard 3.30pm (Angeline was late for half an hour).

They went to Pepperoni for some Italian food. MM ordered a Carbonara and Angeline got a beef lassgne. In the end, MM ate a Carbonara and half the beef lassgne. Ha!

I woke up late on a sunday afternoon. *yawn*

Angeline burned her saturday working at Singapore Conference Hall for Gracefields' Annual Year-End Concert. She had no idea what possessed her to wear a pair of 2.5-inches heels with a (low-cut) dress when she knew that she was going to work with young children. She was practically kneeling with her (damn) heels while attempting (hopelessly) to apply make-up on children (who refused to co-operate by turning their heads up, down, left, right) all the times. She finally gave up and threw her heels aside when the clock struck 6pm. All in a day work was worth it when she heard thunderous applause at the concert finale.

Ck attended the concert and he was impressed with the children's performance (no doubts, hiccups were a common sight.) He had enjoyed the Nursery 1's dance item tremendously and he told me that the K1's Hip-Hop dance has created quite a stir among the audience too. What a pity that I had missed all these actions on stage! Angeline could only see blushers, eyeshadows, lipsticks, foundations, hair gel and brushes for the night. The production crew better did a good job in filming the concert.

After the concert, Ck and I went to Lau Pa Sat for supper. I was limping and whining and cursing while walking there. Thankful for Ck, it is only a stone throw away from Singapore Conference Hall. I savoured my mutton satay, chicken satay, fried osyter and 'teh tarik' happily (my first proper meal for 3 November 2007). *finger-licking good*

We took a bus home and we were just in time to watch 'Lovers' (my current favourite Korean drama). I insisted Ck to watch it with me. Reluctantly, he took his book and sat beside me on the sofa. *grin*

I presumed that he was reading his book while I was engrossed in my Korean drama. Out of nowhere, Ck said, "They are really talking in circles. Smart." *question mark - huh?* And I thought he was reading his book. Ha! Seeing my chance, I asked him, "So we can split the cost for the VCD right?" He faked ignorance and glued his eyes on the screen. That is what I called 'Selective Listening'.

Both of us got knocked out eventually - one long week just went past and another one is here. Angeline needs a holiday.

Synopsis:

A teenage girl is called to meet an experienced pleasure provider in a hotel room, where she is servicing a heavyset older man, who wants to take the younger girl's virginity. The girl is followed to the hotel by a young man named Chris. When she goes in the hotel room, Chris sits outside and waits.

A jaded prostitute in a red dress gets in a convertible with a man. She later shows up at the streetside restaurant and pays a young busker for his 'special song', which he doesn't end up singing, and instead is taken back to the woman's room.

Ck & I caught the movie last saturday at Shaw Towers. I walked out of the cinema bewildered. Throughout the movie, I had asked Ck a total of 3 times if the movie was going to end soon. Each time, he replied, "The running time states that the show is less than one and a half hour. Soon, dear." That must have been one of the longest 84 minutes of my life.

Indeed, this movie was too artistic for me to enjoy. The stories were jumbled up and the changing of scenes confused me even more. To me, there is no logical flow of events and it took me some time to figure what was happening throughout the movie. It was indeed a test of my intelligence and patience.

However, I wouldn't deny that there were certain parts of this movie that I had enjoyed.

The NS boy (Jonathan) took out a few boxes of condoms and asked the prostitute, "ni xi huan you na yi ge?" (Which one do you prefer to use?) He then went on to promote the condoms literally. For example, "zhe ge ke yi sha ..." (This one can kill... - you-know-what.), "Zhe ge heng bao, bi jiao you gan jue. (This one is thin and got better feel.) & "Zhe ge you kou wei de. (This one got flavour.) To which she replied, "ni yi ci guo ke yi you zhe yang duo ah?" (You mean you can use so many condoms at one go?) - WAHAHA!

While the NS boy (Jonathan) was making out with the prostitute in the room, his friend (Kiat) was waiting for him outside. Unfortunately, he was harrassed by a pimp who tried very HARD to clinch a deal with him. The pimp said, "ru huo ni xi huan hei se de, wo ye ke yi jie shao yin du de nu hai gei ni. (If you like Indian girls, I can also recommend you.) - WOOHOO!

The NS boys parted way after they left the brothel, with Kiat looking rather 'tulan' (pissed off). He walkd aimlessly around Geylang and stopped in front of a vending machine. He stared hard at the machine and images appeared. Two bodies intertwined closely and the guy began to kiss his lover softly, the neck, the ear, the neck again and then the nipples on the rather-muscular chest. - EXPECTED!

The jaded prostitute gave her client a blow job in his BMW convertible along the busy streets of Geylang. She was picked up by the client along the road, and she got into his car. As he drove off, she lowered her head and the action began. - STUNNED!

The client drove to an open-space carpark and parked the car there. The client leaned against the back seat and they made out with the jaded prostitute working on top of him. Because it was a BMW convertible, the jaded prostitute was filmed thrusting in and out literally. - AROUSED!

After the teengage girl was unable to give the client a satisfying blow job, he asked for the experienced pleasure provider (EPP) to do it for him. She walked to him calmly and smashed the lamp on his head. - GOOD FOR HIM!

The EPP, teenage girl and Chris went for supper together. The girl walked away for a while leaving the EPP and Chris together. The EPP then started smoking and offered one to Chris. He accpeted and she attempted to light it for him. For what-so-ever reason/s, the lighter decided to go on strike and he ended up using her cigrette as the igniter. - AWESOME!

The EPP and Chris tried to communicate with each other using gestures (EPP not knowing any English and Chris not knowing any Chinese). The EPP took out a photograph of her daughter when she was young and told Chris that she is 'piao liang' (pretty). Chris nodded and repeated 'piao liang' after her. - TOUCHING!

The jaded prostitute apparently paid a busker to sing her a 'special song'. He then followed her home. When she was home, she went to take a shower while the busker waited for her in the room. For what-so-ever reason/s (again), he started to stripped. And for what-so-ever reason/s (once again), he put back all his clothes when she came out of the shower. - LAME!

The movie started with the teenage girl looking at fishes in the aquarium and it ended with the bf looking at fishes in his aquarium at home. - GOOD ANALOGY!
